Mimitchi Weight?!?!?!!?!! HELP!

do i have to keep my tama at the base weight so it will turn into a mimitchi?

should i keep it at the the weight where it refuses to play jump?or let it go fat?

Just don't feed it alot of candy then it will grow overweight and turn into a masktchi.
