You honest-to-goodness contacted Bandai? It's really not that big a deal, so they're probably sifting through their to do list, thing by thing. Since that's one of the less important things, they're probably busy correcting big-time glitches and stuff. I wouldn't worry about it. It's not going to hurt anything.
