First, you need to get a young memetchi as a teen. Then you have to take really good care from it then on.

Well I just got a Memetchi today on my V4, I only fed her a few snacks and played lots of games so she didn't get over weight. But I didn't get her from a Young Memetchi, I got her from and Ichigotchi.

Turn into an Ichigotchi or a Young Memetchi as a teenager. Make sure to get a lot of art/fashion skill points by playing dance, and getting Ms. Flower as a teacher . If you did everything right, you should turn up with a Memetchi . Good luck on getting Memetchi .
