Hi everyone, i have a problem, My Tama meets sanrio change My user name with symbols, i really don't know what's the problema, i reset Tama many times but nothing change, can You help me?

You will have to reset the device unfortunately to be able to change it.

To change your user name you'll have to completely wipe your saved data.

Press the reset button, then select "リセット". You'll be prompted to enter your name, then your birthday (month/day format). Then you'll have the username you want, but again, THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA, so really think about whether it's more important that you have an ideal username vs. keeping the genes you've collected so far!
