Can someone please tell me the age when Tamas can mate? They already have 4 hearts for each other so it shouldn't be long right??

Your pretty much right. It takes about 2 whole days of connecting to get your tamagotchis to mate. Usually you have to connect them a lot until they like you have...have 4 hearts. Now if you want, you can keep connecting but since they already have 4 hearts, all you have to do is wait about 1 whole day and connect them once more and they should get married!
