The MatchMaker usually visits your Tama at age seven, in avarage. The times are: 10:30 am, 3:00 pm, and 7:00 pm. Set the time to one minute before those times, and wait one minute. If the MatchMaker does NOT come, then that means that your Tamagotchi is NOT ready for mating yet. Wait another day, then try the step again. The two times that the MatchMaker always comes, for sure are: 3:00 pm, and 7:00 pm.

The matchmaker, very strangly, never comes at 3:00pm for me, I always go for 6:00pm.
