You didn't mention the version, but I think she comes around 72 (un-paused) hours after your Tamagotchi reaches adulthood, regardless of the version.

Assuming you have a v1, v2, v3, v4, or v4.5. The matchmaker will come at 3.00pm at 6 years old.
