Matchmaker Freezes 2 Tamas Simultaneously

Hello everyone, this is my first post on TT, my name is Scott, I am 20 years old and have played with Tamagotchis since I was a little boy with the P1 and P2's. Well I am back again and have been taking care of my v 4.5 with my Mother also caring for her v 4.5 at the same time.

Well lets see, where do I begin? Well this was my 5th generation tama as you already know, he evolved into UraKuchipatchi, and of course being my first time getting him, I rushed to 350 Spirituality, with 450 total skill points in all. As most of you know, if you get these stats before the first MM visit with UraKuchi, it results in a morph into Mukimukitchi, the special secret character. Anyway, here is where the problem comes in.

Since me and my Mother both pulled our tabs at the same moment, our tamas major life events, (IE. Evolving, Matchmaker Visits, Mail, etc.) all mostly happen at the same time. By the way my mother has a Tougyutchi (Bull) male currently. Long story short, the matchmaker just came to visit us both within minutes of each other. Mine came first, and the matchmaker started to scroll onto the screen, but stopped before her book of love came on screen, and then froze there. No mashing of any combination of buttons A, B, or C made anything productive happen. I thought possibly the because my UraKuchi was suppose to morph into a Muki, that it may have possibly glitched? Anyhow, I then decided to wait and see if my moms Tougyutchi matchmaker would come also. To my surprise, the EXACT same thing happened to my mothers tama. To this second they are both still frozen, and we cannot figure out why.

We are both on our 5th Generation, they both have the same date and almost to the T on time. The screen is very dark and vibrant, so I know it cannot be the batteries, or any damage. The reason I am confused, is because both our tamas had the same exact glitch happen.

If anyone has any other information about how to correct this bug, (IE. certain button combo?, slipping tab in and out?) that could fix the problem without us having to reset and download, please let me know. I greatly appreciate your time for reading my post, even if you don't know how to help, the time you sacrificed to take a look at my problem is not overlooked. Thanks again, and be safe all. Yes, I've had this glitch. I've posted it on here also, and it is a glitch of mine that I hate. Reset and download your tamas, and set the timing to 2.59 PM or 6.59 PM on both tamas to see the matchmaker again. If it happens over and over while doing this, reset it completely. To see what happened to me, go to my log and read my sad story. Check your inventory (I.E. food, items, others) to see if anything if wrong. If there are such items as helicopters or an item in your food list, reset completely.

This has happened to me once. If the screen is STILL frozen than like angle said, download it. Then, it should go back to normal.

Thanks a ton for the replies guys. Well its not looking good, they have both been frozen so long that they are fading from the screen, like the batteries are dying, but they're not dead.

So I guess I will reset and download now. I will let you all know if the problem persists, and if I end up getting my Mukimukitchi that I worked so hard to get the skill points for before the first MM visit.

thats strange!! oh wats the diff between tamagotchi connections and tamagotchi connexions?

tamagotchi connexions are for europe and austraillia and connections are for america.
