Does it get harder to get mametchi on other generations?

I got this character on both of my tamagotchis and i neglected one of them because i didnt want the same thing.

Its pretty easy to get the good character on tamagotchi connections. If you want bad characters just really and mean really neglect them. Don't learn up their poop and feed them a bunch of snacks too.
