First you MUST have a girl tamagotchi.

Next you MUST get the Meme family

Next you MUST get a Memetchi as an adult

Next if you're (star) skill points are over 300, you have a chance to get Makiko. I'm not sure how many points you need, but you need a lot.

While it's a teen play the game, Dance, that increases your (star) SP points.

Around 350 Arts/Fashion parts, and have a combined 100 points from the other sections , just take a look at this V4 Growth Chart >>Click<<

To get Makiko, here's what you gotta do:

1. Get a GIRL/FEMALE Tama character.

2. Get a teenager in the MEME family.

3. Try to get MEMETCHI as an adult *see growth chart provided by Locky458

4. Get at least 350 Style/sparkle/fashion/(whatever you call the star sparklish thing) points. Then, the intelligence and the kindness points together have to make a total of at least a hundred (but have to be less than star)

And, VOILA! A MAKIKO!

you get a makiko by getting a female teen from the meme family, then you evolve it into a meetchi. before you have a baby or a matchmaker visitt, you get 350 sparkle skill points. then you get 450 total. it should evolve into a makiko.

Not sure if this helps much, but when you get 350+ in fashion/arts/star points and 100+ points of everything else before you are an adult Memetchi, you can get Makiko right after you become an adult. Wait around half a minute for your Memetchi to change into a Makiko.

I was going to say that! Oh well, You'll need a girl, and get a toddler that will get you into the memetchi family. You'll need 350+ skill points in that one catogory(flower), and then 450+ in total!
