You don't get it, anything illegally downloaded is considered "Pirating" in the internet world. Limewire is a widely used Peer to Peer filesharing program. Filesharing is illegal.

Anyone who downloads ANYTHING for free that requires a fine, is Pirating.

FC, that's how atleast 60% of PS users got ahold of their copy of PS xD
