Log out password problems

Does anybody know what button to press after you typed in the log out code? Im very stuck and sad? My friends are having trouble too! The instructions don't say how to. Please help me and us!

After you have typed the log out password just press the middle button -b- at the end.

Press the B button.

Than enter the passwords on TamaTown for the items in the games section under "PASSWORDS".
