But there isnt anyway on recieving that code agian.
The only way to get the code back is to simply start over by pressing lightly the button on the back of your Tama with something pointy like a pen or pencil.
In the future always have a pen or pencil ready and piece of paper so you could easily write it down!

Wow, I did too today. I wrote it on my backpack (had no paper) and it got smeared. You are not the only one.
