Can you only get it if you have connected? Or, how high are the discipline levels of the tamagotchis that the Matchmaker shows you?

u have to have all the training bars to get a kinokamatchi. it doesnt matter about if u conencted or not, it just matters if u have all the training bars

I've had all the training bars for the last 2 gens, but I still got Marutchi. Oh well.

The person you connect with has to have full aswell im not sure about the matchmakers pairs...
