Just got my first Keitai and have no idea what I’m doing.

OK, so I literally just opened up my Keitai. I am completely blind, and I’ve never used one of these before. I’m going to sort of treat it like the V3, because that’s one I am familiar with the controls. What I basically want to know is, what are the differences between them?

The Keitai is identical to the V3 gameplay wise the only difference is the V3 has more characters.
