It's a newbie! Does it bite?

Hi, I'm robodog. I've been interested in virtual pets since 1999. I've had them all. Tamagotchi, Aibo, FurReal Friends, Giga Pets, Nano Pets, Poo-chi, Mutsu and many more.

These days I only collect robotic dogs. Even with them I'm picky. I'm not interested in mechanical looking dogs anymore. I prefer the more realistic ones. I'm a FurReal Friends devotee, having about nine of the various FurReal dogs. Despite only collecting robot dogs I love talking about and reading about all virtual pets. I'm fascinated with the concept and I love keeping up with what's out, what's new and what's coming. That's pretty much why I'm here. Se you on the boards!

Welcome! I too have always loved robotic pets along with tamas (the FurReals are amazing, tho I only have 1) and I hope to see you around. BTW I checked out your blog! Very cool!

Thanks! I got into robotic pets before Tamas. Most people went from Tamagotchi to Furby. I did the opposite. I'm crazy about most electronic pets though I only collect dog ones. Actually I can only think of two electronic pets I ever disliked. The new Fijit Friends and Wuvluvs. Well maybe Ooglies too but I'm not sure they qualify.
