Is this fair or not?

Okay, so when I get gruonded, I stay grounded form whatever my parents ground me. But when me older brother Rex gets grounded, everyone takes it as a joke and he doesn't care! He still does whatever he was grounded from! And my parents dont care either! So when I try and tell my parents their like"I was just mad when I said that to him." Well their mad when they ground me to! It's like it doesn't matter if someone grounds him but it does me because he is 16 and I'm 11!

So, is this fair to you, or not?

I guess you could say it's not fair, but think of it like this.

Your brother won't learn anything from the mistakes he has made because he never got consequences.

But since you get consequences you actualy will be better off than he is! Learning from your mistakes can be useful!

Maybe when you get older, they'll give you a break too.
