There isn't a TamaTown web site for the Tamagotchi-iD. The Tamagotchi-iD has the functions of TamaTown built into it. You can visit many different places within. Through the food icon: Convenience Store, Restaurant, TamaDoughnuts Shop, and TamaCafe. Through the door icon: Game Center, Doughnut Playground, Gotchi Interior Shop, TamaDepa, Photo Studio, Accessories Shop, Matchmaker's, Friend Plaza, etc. Note: you may not be able to select some destinations, depending on the growth stage of your character.
