I found a few on Ebay, unfortuantly no Buy it Nows, and mostly Japanese ones. . . Any info will help. Thanks so much.

From what I've seen your best (possibly only) bet is ebay as you mentioned. I haven't seen any old tamagotchis in stores, angel, or ocean or anything.
