Is it bad to change the time?

The Tamagotchi was a day behind. When the time was corrected to what it should be, the Tamagotchi growth period didn't happen? This won't cause a glitch, will it? Will they evolve right after waking up the next day?

Changing the time is okay, from what I have experienced! The growth will remain at the same point no matter what you change the time to. I had a similar issue with mine yesterday and the time and date was way out. If the growth is overdue, I would say that when it wakes up tomorrow, it will, or have already have, evolved. I'm certain that it won't cause any glitches.
