Is changing the time bad for my tamagotchi?

I’ve changed the time a few times so it would sleep longer/on the same schedule I’m on and then I’ll change it back later. Does that mess up its lifespan or something? It’s an On.

Not sure if it will affect its growth, but for old models I know it will mess up their evolving time.

Hope someone who knows answer this  ^_^
