Ok so my tamagotchi evolved into a adult but I'm kinda confused is it healthy or is it a non healthy character???

You got Maskutchi, who you obtain from getting 2 or more discipline misses with 0-2/3 care misses. They're about average in terms of health, but Maskutchi specifically gets a special evolution beyond the adult stage if you don't make any more discipline mistakes and get very few care misses; either Oyajitchi on the Japanese models or Bill on the international release.
