I'm confused by group hatchings.Somebody help me!

I'm new to the world of tamas and I'm not to sure of group hatchings as I want to set one up.

I know what it is but don't you have to be next to each other for a group hatching?

You do not hatch your babies within connection. Group hatching is when you set a date and share the same tama birth with other members. You record how your tama is doing daily.
