I honestly couldn't read half of that because of your I's. You may not want to type like that if you want sincere answers from people.

To answer your base question, no I don't think it's weird to have a male role model. You can look up to anyone/anything you want to. It just depends on what you prefer.

I agree I think you need to lose a couple i's there :p

But no. It's ok to have a male role model. I have a male and female role model. It's perfectly normal to look up to someone you admire and gender shouldn't matter :)

That was very hard and annoying to read. I was too distracted by your double I's on everything.

But anyways, no, it's not wierd. If he's a good role model then so be it. Girls can look up to him.

Yeah. A lot of female famous peoples have either ended up in rehab, got bad pics of them leaking on the internet, getting pregnant at a young age, or have just been plain stupid.

It's fine to look up to a male. In fact, my little brothers look up to me and don't even realize it! :furawatchi: (I'm a girl, by the way.)

No of course not.

My role model is Bill Kaulitz ;P

People think its weird to have male role models, but I dont see why, if it is someone who has a great character, why not have them as a role model, male or female ?

BTW; sometimes I do double letters too, but mainly on msn, on Tamatalk, if you are looking for a serious answer from others, its best to stick with correct spelling etc, if you don't want people to think of you as immature.

The double of the i's made it a bit difficult to read, but I think I got what you are saying.

I don't see anything wrong with having a male role model, just like a male can have a female role model. When you look up to someone, you're not looking at their sex, you're looking at their character.

Uhm,now that I think of it, this could go into the "Role Models" topic we already have going on in S(N)TT.

When I read your title, I honestly thought you were about to ask if it was weird to type with double I's on everything o_____x

And no, your role-model can be anyone. A girl's role-model can be a guy, and a guy's role-model can be a girl. It's perfectly normal. Besides, when you look up to someone, you don't look on the outside, you look on the inside

LOL so did I. But yea, no, it's not weird to look up to a dude.

Nah. My heroes are Wiiliam Shakespeare and Harry Houndiinii. Gender does not make much of a diiference iin the way of heroes.

I'm sorry. I'm a sarcasting grammar snob. I could not resist.

to be a girl but have a man as a role-model ??like

i really cant look up to female role-models , like who is there for a 17 year old girl anyway ??

a lot of the female role-models have just thrown their lives away or made the choices that put them in rehab

or are just too....girl power-y

( no offense to those who are really into that its just not my bag )

like im good with the fact that their not into what a woman's cookie cut out is , its just that why cant we be different without the label ??
Please note: Next time, please write clearly. You may get better answers. =]

Its okay. It's your choice.

It's completely fine to have a male role model.

Cecib :(

There is already a Role Models topic in this forum.

It would have been fine to ask your question regarding male role models in that thread instead of starting a new topic.

The topics are sufficiently similar to be considered duplicates.

Please continue the discussion there?

Thanks.
