Topic title eplains it. If oyu could have one game, what would it be?

I would choose Trauma Center: New Blood. I am a HUGE fan of the Trauma Center series, and New Blood is gonna be awsome. It's gonna be fully voice acted, new co-op play, new characters, new storyline....It's gonna be the best!

EDIT: It isn't out yet. Trauma Center: New Blood comes out November 20...five days after my birthday *is hopeful for a certain present* xD
