IDMAKEDL

Hello, does anyone know how to create accessories for Tamagotchi P´s with IDMAKEDL? I have tried and when I send the files to Tamagotchi they appear with bad resolution and a white background. To create them use MS Paint, set the appropriate resolution (30x20 px and neither does another recognize me) in 24 bmp, use Gimp to set the maximum colors to 16 and export the file and finally use IDMAKEDL. Could you help me?
