iDL missing items

Hello! I recently started running an iDL (15th anniversary) and I’m a little stumped on finding some items.

For example Tamamori does not have the tuxedo and some toys are not in Tama Depa but are listed as happy items.

Would someone direct me where to find/get these items? I do have a tama phone if I need to download anything.

The guide tells you what they like and where to get it, but when I go to mori or depa the item is not there. That’s the problem I’m having

another solution would be to transfer the toy from another tamagotchi to yours
