they're not tamagotchi's and they're not fakes either. they're just another kind of virtual pet but the seller is just calling it a tamagotchi, maybe because he will think that more people will want to buy it. but it doesen't say tamagotchi any where nor does it have JD's logo or TN's logo or Honey lover's logo.

But, like iceringer said, it says tamagotchi style.

So, I guess people have to pay very good attention.
