Identify Tamagotchi

Hey there, so i was cleaning up my basement and found a box with lots of childhood memories

i found two tamagotchis, the left one has a 2004 copyright tag on the back, could be a connexion v1? because of the infrared top?

but i cant tell if the right one is a first generation original or some sort of copy
