Day One
Welcome to my V5/Familitchi log! I already have another log that I started last year for my V4 but then I stopped sometime in April. I got bored of my V4. Now, I'm back in to tamas with V5s and I'm too lazy to dig through the logs and find my old one. I'm too lazy to even do a search. I'm so sorry for being a space waster. My apologies.
I hope you enjoy this log/diary/journal. I would just like to tell you some things first...
1. Just to stay on the safe side, I do not allow comments in this log. If you would like to say anything about this log or ask a question about V5/Familitchi, please send me a PM. Just in case anyone else who's wondering about V5's would like an answer to that question, I will post it (that is, if it is a question. If it's just a comment, I won't post it but thanks anyway!)
2. I will not be making pixels or uploading any images. I will just be typing my little heart out ^^ If you find that boring, don't come to my log. Unless you still think you will enjoy it.
Enjoy!
So, here's where my adventure started: Wal-Mart. Yeah, not too exciting but every adventure's gotta start somewhere. It started out with searching for things like binders and stuff for my sister. Then toothpaste. I was bored, ever so bored. Then we FINALLY get to the toys section! We ask one of the staff people if there are Tamagotchi V5's. They say, "yup" and we follow them. When we get to them, I jump up and down a little bit. That staff person said, "we just got them yesterday". We spend like, fifteen minutes there because of me choosing which design I wanted. Well, of course, I really wanted the Cookie Dough design and out of the six designs which were there, "Tamagotchi House (White)", "Love My Family", "Brilliant Ruby", "Cotton Candy", "Blue Abstract" and guess who, it was there! That was the easy part. Then I had to debate with myself whether I wanted a lanyard, charm, or slip-on case or not. I have to admit that I did want a slip-on case but my dad was already spending a bunch of money on us, so I just got the Tama. Then, we drove home. Yay, out of the boring stage! I untabbed my Tama and set everything and those three little eggs popped up! I'm not that smart...but I didn't write down those little baby characters! Oh well. Anyhoo, I fed them and played games. The TV Surfing game was OK, but when it gets fast sometimes my little Ahirukutchi character and I couldn't keep up (by the way, that Ahirukutchi character is a boy) so I don't like that one much. The Tea Time game I like more! I get more Gotchi Points from it. Anyhoo, they get to their little nap, like all baby tamas have. I play a little more, and all of a sudden me tamas evolve into children and they're asleep.
Now that they are children, I have their names.
Ahirukutchi: Son (Name - I make rhyming names so...: Huff)
Tororotchi: Daughter (Name: Puff)
Mousetchi: Son (Name: Cuff)
My Family Name: Oinky
(I LOVE pigs! They're my favourite animal. Elephants are second.)
So there you go for February 1st.
Day 2
I worry about the Oinky Fam...never mind! I was talking about Training. They've never given me an opportunity to train them...till now! I made them play with the middle icon. That was cards. I wonder what that makes them. They talk about tambourines, crayons, and blocks in the instruction manual...but no cards! Those options must change from time to time. Anyway, I'm happy that I've trained them a bit! Well, except their bonding percentage didn't go up. That's what I worry about. Did I accidentally press C and not realize it? I don't think so. Now I have a question: How much Training does it take to get bonding percentages to go up??? I am a bit disappointed that it didn't go up. Oh well. It will eventually, Ichigotchi_Piggy. I hope me little characters get along well. I'll get more opportunities.
Anyhoo...my little Huff was speaking with the fridge today. I believe that happens after you haven't pressed any buttons for a long time or something. The thing is, I found it neat. I didn't press any buttons for the longest - I didn't want it to stop! After about twenty minutes though, I pressed a button. Little Huff and I did some TamaTown business. We tried the games and had the best fun! That cup polishing game in the Amusement Park is REALLY easy! And if you win it, which is really easy to do, you get 300 Gotchi Points.
For those of you who don't have a V5/Familitchi, you can log in with Huff!

Huff will be very happy to accompany you while you go to V5/Familitchi TamaTown. (Just ignore the Logout codes, of course. And I'm sorry but on the V5/Familitchis you have to log in and out again and again which may get boring. Just a little warning.)
Well, I guess Training opportunities are semi-rare. I will try to be conscious of my fingers next time I get the opportunity and I won't press button C. ANYWAY...little Huff is talking to the fridge again. Or was just about three minutes ago. I went to get my camera - I shot a ten second movie of him speaking with the fridge. I think it's cute. Now that I have it on camera, I can look at it whenever I want. Yay! Someday when I'm really bored, I might just be bored enough to learn how to put movies onto this log and put on Huff. Or, one of you log readers could PM me on how. I don't know much about this kind of thing. Nothing. Then again, by the time I learn how I guess all of you will have V5s and see your little guy talking to the fridge but I would appreciate it very much if someone would PM me on how.
I made me little tama characters literate. Yay. With it, I gave them each their very own journal. They all wrote in them today...at first they didn't want to but I made them. Force, it isn't fun but I think for them it will be just after they try. Anyhoo, after they finished they said it was fun writing. With their permission, I'll let you peek inside.

Dear Diary,
I'm happy that I'm the one that always gets to go look at the travel show, go on TamaTown and stuff like that! I know, it's not fair for my other two siblings but oh well, what can we do? Maybe they wouldn't like that stuff anyway. Still, I think they should get some fresh air. They should really see TamaTown! There's much to do because there are many different places but in each place there is only one or two things to do. Then again, TamaTown Earth Expo has just begun and is still under construction. There will be many more games at the Amusement Park in the future! My siblings should see how many "under construction" signs there are. Many many. I also think it's annoying to have to log in and back out over and over...why? My mama tells me that when our earlier ancestors went to TamaTown, they just logged in and out ONCE. Simple for Version 4! Well, at least there's lots to do in Tamagotchi Earth Expo. I guess it's worth it. The only thing bad about it is that there's only ONE shop that I have seen so far! Well, there's still TV Shopping in my little egg-shaped cookie designed home. That's enough, I guess.

Dear Diary,
Hmph. Only Huff is allowed to go to places. Cuff and I have to stay home and just bounce around. I find it boring. Huff is also the only one allowed to speak to the fridge! IT'S NOT FAIR! I only get to see little pictures, which make it worse. It's like Huff is trying to rub it into our faces. I know Mama wishes we could go, I just know it. Well, it's just how we were programmed. At least I get to see it. Good thing Mama has her little photograph taking machine called a camera. C-A-M-E-R-A, camera. At least Cuff is with me. Well, I hope.
Anyway, not much happened except for Huff bringing us little gifts that he and Mama purchased. How nice of them. Maybe Huff isn't trying to rub it into our faces. He brings us little souvenirs. Ah well. Presents and toys are nice. Still, he can't make us feel better with that. But lets look on the bright side: Cuff and I have lots of fun playing games at home!

Dear Diary,
EEEWWWW!!! What is that stuff in the meal menu? I don't even know what it is. Whatever it is, I don't like it. I asked Mama and she said she had no idea. Neither of my siblings do, either. But the bread? It's so much nicer. I love the doughy smell of it...especially when it's fresh bread. Maybe Mama should go shopping for some more food. I don't want to eat bread all my life...and that "eww" stuff. From now on I will all it eww.
Today when Huff, Puff and I got bored Mama and I made us play cards. I don't know where she got the cards, though. I asked her and she said, "it's part of the Training Icon". I didn't know what icons are. She showed them to me and now I know! She said that the sixth one was highlighted and when it's highlighted it means we need something called "training". I didn't know what training was either! I could tell she was a little bit bored of explaining, but she did anyway. Good Mama. Anyway, she said that we needed this so called "training" because we need to get along, and our "bonding percentages" in our health stats are still at 0%! I had no idea how it was still at 0%, with Puff and I bonding a lot when Huff is gone and things like that...on the other hand, maybe it has to include all three. Or maybe training is the only way for us to gain bonding percentages. Anyway, I wanted to see the health stats. Mama sighed but still showed me. We are a Blended Family right now. Our family name is Oinky. Of course, we're on our first generation. We have two thousand and...something Gotchi Points (personally, I think we're poor. Well, what can you expect in a beginning family? After all, Mama says that she be playing lots of games soon).
I'm going to stop now. I've been holding my pen REALLY right and my hand has cramps now.
Ichigotchi_Piggy now. OK, yes, I am poor but I will be playing lots more games.
I think this has become a little bit of a long entry to my log. That's me, long winded. That's how I am in my real life journal. Sigh. If I keep doing this, no one will want to read this log because it's so long! Ah well, that's OK!
I bid thee farewell!
