Day One

Welcome to my V5/Familitchi log! I already have another log that I started last year for my V4 but then I stopped sometime in April. I got bored of my V4. Now, I'm back in to tamas with V5s and I'm too lazy to dig through the logs and find my old one. I'm too lazy to even do a search. I'm so sorry for being a space waster. My apologies.

I hope you enjoy this log/diary/journal. I would just like to tell you some things first...

1. Just to stay on the safe side, I do not allow comments in this log. If you would like to say anything about this log or ask a question about V5/Familitchi, please send me a PM. Just in case anyone else who's wondering about V5's would like an answer to that question, I will post it (that is, if it is a question. If it's just a comment, I won't post it but thanks anyway!)

2. I will not be making pixels or uploading any images. I will just be typing my little heart out ^^ If you find that boring, don't come to my log. Unless you still think you will enjoy it.

Enjoy!

So, here's where my adventure started: Wal-Mart. Yeah, not too exciting but every adventure's gotta start somewhere. It started out with searching for things like binders and stuff for my sister. Then toothpaste. I was bored, ever so bored. Then we FINALLY get to the toys section! We ask one of the staff people if there are Tamagotchi V5's. They say, "yup" and we follow them. When we get to them, I jump up and down a little bit. That staff person said, "we just got them yesterday". We spend like, fifteen minutes there because of me choosing which design I wanted. Well, of course, I really wanted the Cookie Dough design and out of the six designs which were there, "Tamagotchi House (White)", "Love My Family", "Brilliant Ruby", "Cotton Candy", "Blue Abstract" and guess who, it was there! That was the easy part. Then I had to debate with myself whether I wanted a lanyard, charm, or slip-on case or not. I have to admit that I did want a slip-on case but my dad was already spending a bunch of money on us, so I just got the Tama. Then, we drove home. Yay, out of the boring stage! I untabbed my Tama and set everything and those three little eggs popped up! I'm not that smart...but I didn't write down those little baby characters! Oh well. Anyhoo, I fed them and played games. The TV Surfing game was OK, but when it gets fast sometimes my little Ahirukutchi character and I couldn't keep up (by the way, that Ahirukutchi character is a boy) so I don't like that one much. The Tea Time game I like more! I get more Gotchi Points from it. Anyhoo, they get to their little nap, like all baby tamas have. I play a little more, and all of a sudden me tamas evolve into children and they're asleep.

Now that they are children, I have their names.

Ahirukutchi: Son (Name - I make rhyming names so...: Huff)

Tororotchi: Daughter (Name: Puff)

Mousetchi: Son (Name: Cuff)

My Family Name: Oinky

(I LOVE pigs! They're my favourite animal. Elephants are second.)

So there you go for February 1st.

Day 2

I worry about the Oinky Fam...never mind! I was talking about Training. They've never given me an opportunity to train them...till now! I made them play with the middle icon. That was cards. I wonder what that makes them. They talk about tambourines, crayons, and blocks in the instruction manual...but no cards! Those options must change from time to time. Anyway, I'm happy that I've trained them a bit! Well, except their bonding percentage didn't go up. That's what I worry about. Did I accidentally press C and not realize it? I don't think so. Now I have a question: How much Training does it take to get bonding percentages to go up??? I am a bit disappointed that it didn't go up. Oh well. It will eventually, Ichigotchi_Piggy. I hope me little characters get along well. I'll get more opportunities.

Anyhoo...my little Huff was speaking with the fridge today. I believe that happens after you haven't pressed any buttons for a long time or something. The thing is, I found it neat. I didn't press any buttons for the longest - I didn't want it to stop! After about twenty minutes though, I pressed a button. Little Huff and I did some TamaTown business. We tried the games and had the best fun! That cup polishing game in the Amusement Park is REALLY easy! And if you win it, which is really easy to do, you get 300 Gotchi Points.

For those of you who don't have a V5/Familitchi, you can log in with Huff!

02130

71000

Huff will be very happy to accompany you while you go to V5/Familitchi TamaTown. (Just ignore the Logout codes, of course. And I'm sorry but on the V5/Familitchis you have to log in and out again and again which may get boring. Just a little warning.)

Well, I guess Training opportunities are semi-rare. I will try to be conscious of my fingers next time I get the opportunity and I won't press button C. ANYWAY...little Huff is talking to the fridge again. Or was just about three minutes ago. I went to get my camera - I shot a ten second movie of him speaking with the fridge. I think it's cute. Now that I have it on camera, I can look at it whenever I want. Yay! Someday when I'm really bored, I might just be bored enough to learn how to put movies onto this log and put on Huff. Or, one of you log readers could PM me on how. I don't know much about this kind of thing. Nothing. Then again, by the time I learn how I guess all of you will have V5s and see your little guy talking to the fridge but I would appreciate it very much if someone would PM me on how.

I made me little tama characters literate. Yay. With it, I gave them each their very own journal. They all wrote in them today...at first they didn't want to but I made them. Force, it isn't fun but I think for them it will be just after they try. Anyhoo, after they finished they said it was fun writing. With their permission, I'll let you peek inside.

Dear Diary,

I'm happy that I'm the one that always gets to go look at the travel show, go on TamaTown and stuff like that! I know, it's not fair for my other two siblings but oh well, what can we do? Maybe they wouldn't like that stuff anyway. Still, I think they should get some fresh air. They should really see TamaTown! There's much to do because there are many different places but in each place there is only one or two things to do. Then again, TamaTown Earth Expo has just begun and is still under construction. There will be many more games at the Amusement Park in the future! My siblings should see how many "under construction" signs there are. Many many. I also think it's annoying to have to log in and back out over and over...why? My mama tells me that when our earlier ancestors went to TamaTown, they just logged in and out ONCE. Simple for Version 4! Well, at least there's lots to do in Tamagotchi Earth Expo. I guess it's worth it. The only thing bad about it is that there's only ONE shop that I have seen so far! Well, there's still TV Shopping in my little egg-shaped cookie designed home. That's enough, I guess.

Dear Diary,

Hmph. Only Huff is allowed to go to places. Cuff and I have to stay home and just bounce around. I find it boring. Huff is also the only one allowed to speak to the fridge! IT'S NOT FAIR! I only get to see little pictures, which make it worse. It's like Huff is trying to rub it into our faces. I know Mama wishes we could go, I just know it. Well, it's just how we were programmed. At least I get to see it. Good thing Mama has her little photograph taking machine called a camera. C-A-M-E-R-A, camera. At least Cuff is with me. Well, I hope.

Anyway, not much happened except for Huff bringing us little gifts that he and Mama purchased. How nice of them. Maybe Huff isn't trying to rub it into our faces. He brings us little souvenirs. Ah well. Presents and toys are nice. Still, he can't make us feel better with that. But lets look on the bright side: Cuff and I have lots of fun playing games at home!

Feb 2, 2008

Dear Diary,

EEEWWWW!!! What is that stuff in the meal menu? I don't even know what it is. Whatever it is, I don't like it. I asked Mama and she said she had no idea. Neither of my siblings do, either. But the bread? It's so much nicer. I love the doughy smell of it...especially when it's fresh bread. Maybe Mama should go shopping for some more food. I don't want to eat bread all my life...and that "eww" stuff. From now on I will all it eww.

Today when Huff, Puff and I got bored Mama and I made us play cards. I don't know where she got the cards, though. I asked her and she said, "it's part of the Training Icon". I didn't know what icons are. She showed them to me and now I know! She said that the sixth one was highlighted and when it's highlighted it means we need something called "training". I didn't know what training was either! I could tell she was a little bit bored of explaining, but she did anyway. Good Mama. Anyway, she said that we needed this so called "training" because we need to get along, and our "bonding percentages" in our health stats are still at 0%! I had no idea how it was still at 0%, with Puff and I bonding a lot when Huff is gone and things like that...on the other hand, maybe it has to include all three. Or maybe training is the only way for us to gain bonding percentages. Anyway, I wanted to see the health stats. Mama sighed but still showed me. We are a Blended Family right now. Our family name is Oinky. Of course, we're on our first generation. We have two thousand and...something Gotchi Points (personally, I think we're poor. Well, what can you expect in a beginning family? After all, Mama says that she be playing lots of games soon).

I'm going to stop now. I've been holding my pen REALLY right and my hand has cramps now.

Ichigotchi_Piggy now. OK, yes, I am poor but I will be playing lots more games.

I think this has become a little bit of a long entry to my log. That's me, long winded. That's how I am in my real life journal. Sigh. If I keep doing this, no one will want to read this log because it's so long! Ah well, that's OK!

I bid thee farewell!

Day Three

Greetings, friends!

This morning I was experimenting with me little cookie dough egg...a.k.a. my Tamagotchi...you know, tinkering around with the time and such. I was doing something with bonding. At 12:00PM (noon/lunchtime, of course) my little characters called for training. Then I tried a lot of times for training. After all that I got my little Tama guys! from 0% to 20%! Then later probably after dinner I did some more "tinkering" and got them 40% bonded! I'm happy. I really, really need to work on getting more Gotchi points. I'm poor. I get all my Tama things from special passwords...although, I do like freebies. Still, I want other things so that I don't have to look up freebie passwords whenever I want something. I want to be able to just do the simple TV Shopping! Seriously, I'm hovering around 3 000 Gotchi points. But while I'm typing I'm working my way, higher and higher in my amount of Gotchi points by playing the "polish and sparkle" game...jinkies. I never knew that playing this game over and over again could do so much. I'm already into the four thousands! Hey, the math part in my mind does not work when it's almost 1:00AM, with now as an exception! OK, I better stop now. I'm scaring myself (but will continue playing polish and sparkle) and I bet I'm boring you.

Today was a day of experimenting. I know binary has already posted this but the times for calling are the first minute of an even number hour. Of course, I did not find this out myself, I only found out that 12:00PM, 2:00PM, 4:00PM and 6:00PM. Also, it's impossible for them to call you when they're sleeping so don't worry about that.

Does anybody know how long it takes for a child to evolve into a teenager on the V5? I'm not tired of waiting, I'm just curious when. 48 hours or something? I do pause my Tama when it's asleep...which means going to the time and going into adjustment mode (press buttons A and C at the same time). Wondering why, especially on the weekends? Because I did a test and me Tama wakes up at 7:00AM and I"m NEVER awake at that time unless I actually go to bed at a normal time! Yes, I'm a night owl. Maybe that time has changed. Anyhoo, I'm too lazy to test it. When it's just past 1:00AM?! All I wanna do right now is get more Gotchi points. I hope that time changes. If it wakes up at 8:00AM on weekdays I can do that because that's when I wake up for school. (Wondering why I'm staying up so late when tomorrow's Monday, a usual school day? Of course, it's FAMILY DAY! And Familitchi is here to celebrate it. I'll try to boost up my bonds percentage, lots. If it's a school day, I try to go to bed a midnight at the latest but it's hard. At least I limit myself on school nights.) Anyhoo, I want to know. And I would like to know how to make my characters become the....I don't know what family I want, actually...right now they're blended. I like the Meme Family and the Kuchi Family, and Blended I don't mind. I'm sorry, I'm just bringing up random boring thoughts because all I did today was experiment! Oy.

Sorry, that's pretty short for long winded me. Boring day today. Other things in the un-Tama world happened. We got new pet fish! Good thing fish are easy to take care of. We've gone through many, many fish but we haven't had any for a long time.

I bid all of you wonderful, funderful logworms farewell!

:( Ichigotchi_Piggy :(

Day Four

Oy! Huff, Puff and Cuff are already teenagers! They grow up so fast. Anyhoo, here they are:

Bakutchi: Son - Huff

Ichigotchi: Daughter - Puff

Korokotchi: Son - Cuff

Jinkies, Bakutchi looks like a little bomb. I don't know what Korokotchi looks like but I like it. And Ichigotchi...my absolute favourite tama character! Yayayayayayayayay! Oh, and today their bonding percentage went u to 80%!!! Now when I press the button C, my three little teenagers go up to the screen all big, and all three of them smile at different times. First Puff, then Huff, then Cuff, and then back to Huff, and then they go small again. I find it cute. I like seeing Huff's little flame. Puff is just really cute. Cuff just has a little unknown charm...

Other than what I already have written, I don't know what to write. I panic. I need more to type! Oh wait...ooh! My little ones are yawning beside their bedroom window - well, at least I think they're yawning. I should hope so. They must be really tired...they sure are yawning a lot.

Well, gotta go. Nothing more to write anyway.

:D Ichigotchi_Piggy :ichigotchi:

Day Nine

Oh, jinkies! I haven't posted since Thursday (I think)! Anyway, lots to tell.

On Friday (Day Five, I believe) I accidentally forgot to put my Tama on travel mode when I was at school...and they evolved! They are adults now!

Huff - Sukatchi - Son

Puff - Memetchi - Daughter

Cuff - Kuchipatchi - Son

Personally, I wish they were in the Kuchi Family or the Meme Family. I guess that if I had taken better care of them, maybe they wouldn't have been still blended...ah, well, there's always next time! And speaking of next time, I'm going to name my next generation the "Dwibz"...my sister came up with that. 'Tis pronounced "dweebz". It sounds cool for some reason xD

Oh, and I reached 100% Bonded!! I'm gleeful now. Still, I wish they did a different animation.

On Friday night, we left for vacation. I took my little Tama travelling, but I put it on travel mode a lot. Nothing changed. I wonder when I'll be able to marry me little Tamas?

That's all. I hope that I have some more interesting info next time, logworms.

- ^_^ Ichigotchi_Piggy ;)

Day 10

Okay I can't remember if it happened yesterday night or today but...well, I forgot to put me little Tamas on Travel Mode and they evolved into the PETITE FAMILY! Oh dear, I thought. Baaaaaad. I thought I was a bad caretaker and I have to admit, when I'm in a rush and I forget to send them to the television I guess I am a bad caretaker. Thanks to that Tamatalk thing that...I dunno, maybe Binary posted or something, I gave them milk and they went back to their normal forms. To be honest, I was kind of wishing I would get different adult characters. I don't really want blended.

Me little ones haven't written in their journals for the longest time! I'm glad they always let me be nosey. Heehee.

HUFF WROTE:

02/11/08

That was kind of, um, awkward being as small as a baby. I'm glad to be normal now. That milk was magic! I'm happy Mama got it.

PUFF WROTE:

Monday, February 11, 2008

So, I'm a Memetchi now and was tiny like a baby. Mama hasn't taken Huff to Tamatown since...I'm not sure exactly, but not for a long time. She hasn't been really playing with us lately, and I am guessing she is a little bit busy. Sometimes when she's away we get really hungry and unhappy. When we get unhappy, she makes us play with our favourite toys and that works. For example...that key thing and that cat doll thing. Can't remember where she got the key thing...never knew actually, and she got the little cat doll from Tamatown.

CUFF WROTE:

Feb 11, 2008

I haven't written in you in a long, long time! Glad to see you again.

My Mama knows that I don't like the "eww" food. I don't like it and I'm still wondering what it is. She never feeds it to us anymore, she buys a lot of food so that we can have a variety of munchies.

Why is Mama making us watch television so much? I like the Travel Show but I want to spend more play time. I want to do something more...I want to exercise more. With the TV I just sit there...they somehow make it look like we're actually going, though. I like seeing new places that I'll probably never see myself.

They don't write much, but enough.

Thanks for all the kind comments on my log. I know, some may find it a little boring because I don't post much. I want to give a fair bit of space wastage in each post. I don't make a rather small post for every little thing that's happening. I don't like giving one-sentence posts (e.g. ___________ evolved into a ___________!!!). I make each post have more than that...after a day, when it's rather late for some other people I write about what's been happening to my Tama for that day and just what's been happening if I have missed a few days.

Huffah! 84 views! Oh well, I guess people like short posts in loggies. I'm guessing that people went away from here just after looking at my first post...some people don't like looking at long posts and just like jumping from post to post, and I'm one of them.

Guess that's all the news for today.

- :furawatchi: Ichigotchi_Piggy :ichigotchi:

Day 15

Sigh. People don't like my log. I know that's because I can't really keep up with it.

Can't remember when, but I think on Thursday I went on the Dating Show and found that my Tamas could mate! Still, when I went on the Dating Show I rejected all of them. I guess I wanted a day to say goodbye, and then on Friday I would get them married. I decided to marry my wonderful, funderful Kuchipatchi (Cuff)! When they got married, the female Cuff married turned into Mamapatchi and Cuff turned into Papapatchi. Then, three new eggs popped up on the screen! I got three babies...two baby boys and one baby girl like last time. Anyhoo, I wanted to rename the family but it's still Oinky. Oh, well. I like that anyway. Now they are children and their bonding percentage is at 70%! They do that little heart animation <3.

Nothing much to tell. I haven't seen the parents eating bananas yet...which I REALLY want to see. Of course, me little Tamagotchi pets are sleeping right now. A Tororotchi, a Mattatatchi (Okay, not sure about this one, I'm too lazy to go get my little egg toy) and a Ahirukutchi.

Gotta go now. I might get more into detail tomorrow.

- :p Ichigotchi_Piggy :p

Day Sixteen

Well, over five hundred views. I guess my loggie is doing okay after all!

I went to TamaTown today, which i haven't done in the longest time! I found two new games at the Amusement Park, and that's all I did. "Make a Ferris Wheel" and "Spin the cups" (or something). Make a Ferris Wheel, I couldn't do at first. Then I got better. It's an okay game, not great. Now Spin the Cups was a lot easier! I made some gotchi points out of that one. My little Mattaritchi had a fun time on his first TamaTown visit.

Oh, and me little Tama reached 80%BONDED! I know, I cheat to get them bonded. Which is a bad thing. I don't tinker with the time anymore, but I still play with the unchi-kun. A lot. To get you bonds percentage to go up from the unchi-kun, I play with it thirty to thirty something times. Still, I haven't done that for a long time.

This is just about the little animations Tamagotchis do. TODAY I SAW THE PARENTS EATING BANANAS! 'Twas really cute! So now I've seen all of the parent animations (I think, I hope). Still, I kinda wish that the parents could be seen more often.

And I've noticed something...well, I did a long, long time ago. V5 characters go to bed at nine o'clock PM, which isn't bad for me because I go to bed really late. Okay, sometimes it is when I still want to play with it. Then it wakes up at SEVEN O'CLOCK AM...which really is a pain. On the weekends. So, I just pause the time, but then in the morning I have to turn the time.

I'm waiting for my little Tamas to evolve into teenagers. I want the Meme Family now, only because I like the male parent of the family. Funny, eh?

By the way, Squidward Is Cool's log is a good read, very popular. I recommend you give it a peek. https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/index.php?showtopic=133161 There it is (I know, I can also link it but I'm too lazy. I just copy and paste the URL). But please, while Squidward Is Cool's log is so much better than mine, please keep reading mine. I will update more. Please...so I feel loooooooooooooooooooved. (Just kidding!) I'm keeping an eye on those views, though, and I'm having trouble keeping up with this.

That's all for now, logworms! Thanks for reading!

- ;) Ichigotchi_Piggy ;)

Day...I don't care!

BWAAAAAAAAHHH! I'm sorry to neglect you, log.

Me little babies are now teenagers! Same characters. Their bonding percentage is at 100%. Me little ones are angry at me for neglecting this log.

Oooh, look! Me little ones are taking baths and showers...over and over again...hypnotic....oh, jinkies. I'll just turn me head away. One little thing I wonder is...why do they do it over and over again? It's nice to enjoy, but why?

Well, I guess I don't actually care if this log is popular anymore. All that I care is that a few people can enjoy it. Well, I better get going on me homework.

Farewell, logworms!
