Chapter 1.
It was the first day of highschool. Thinking that the day would already be terrible it was horrible.
Everyone knows about those tamagotchis or those little virtual egg shaped pets everyone had back in the
day. Out of my friends, I was the only who had them practically. But lets get to the point on where
im going with this.
"Lani! Are you ready for school?"
"Ugh...I guess," I came trotting down the stairs with a tamagotchi backpack from the 90s slung over
my shoulder with just a binder and a good book to read.
"I packed you your lunch," my mom took a deep breath before grabbing the brown paper bag and hugging me,"it has a cupcake in it and two slices of last nights pizza."
