i really need help, plz dont ignor ths message

can sum1 plz help me? i just got 2 new tama connections but i bought one b4 therother so ones a kid and ones sttill a newborn and whenever i try to connect them it says connected but then it fails! can someone please explain why? do they have to be the same age? cuz when i try to click on the little heart thingy with the newborn it just beeps so maybe its too young?

no it does not matter about age but try to not connect when its a newborn maybe thats wjhy
