I need help with Tamagotchi CD-ROM japanese version in Win95

I have the CD-ROM and floppy disk, but when I try to run the "SETUP.exe" from the floppy a window pops out and then nothing happens.






I'm using a virtual machine to run Win95. I must clarify that I have already tested the program in Win10 with a change of language and compatibility, and it did not work either.
