Yeah you should just go for it - You both llike each other, so theres nothing to worry about. And probably ask him why he won't ask you again, because you might of hurt his feelings then you'll need to sort that out.

Obviously ask him, but as Pants pointed out, being young is for being young. You can date when you feel you're ready. Only you know when you're ready.

If you think that way then that's fine. But I think there's nothing wrong with the girl asking, I blatently told my boyfriend that I really like him even though he asked me out it was me that made the first 'move'.
