I got the RC Helicopter on my V4........

and it won't let me use it. Does Yuri (Hawainotchi) have to be an adult to use the RC Helicopter?

I'm not remembering the tama character right now... but they need hands, and yes, some need to be adults.

I think your V4 needs to be an adult to use that. They don't necessarily need hands. xD

They need to be an adult to use it plus they need hands. I remember when I got mine My young kuchipatchi could not use it He had hands but as soon he grew he was able to use it.

Yuri is now a Gozarutchi, and can use the RC Heli.
