I GOt THiS TaMA when It evolved and it is 8 and it still hasnt gotten matchmaker! it is a black thing that sort of looks like a bird!

It is probably an Oldie. Oldies are the stage after adult. There are two - Otokitchi and Ojitchi. They cannot get the matchmaker but have to marry another Oldie. Find someone else with an Oldie of the opposite gender and connect many times - you will get Tamababies!
