The matchmaker comes at 7 years of age.

Wait until it has been an adult for 72 unpaused hours, then set the time to:

10:29AM or

2:59PM

And wait one minute. The matchmaker will probably come. If not, keep taking good care of your Tamagotchi and try again in 12-24 hours.
