I cant connect to the app

I have been trying to connect to the tama app and send my points to my tamagotchi but its not working. It always says fail and I am following all instructions.

Are you pressing B on your Tama when the 2 connection hearts show up? Some people tend to miss that step.

Also, your Tama needs to be in the device (i.e. not in the App) to receive items.
