I can't connect my V5

I can't connect my Tamaogtchi v5!!! What happend?? When I try, it goes in reset mode!!! Help, somebody!!!

Have you tried contacting Ban Dai through their Customer Support service?

Maybe you should go back to the store where you baught it from and let them know of the problem.

And contacting BANDAI is also a good idea. However, its a faulty toy..so I think you still should return it to the store.

What generation are you on and how long have you had your V5?

You don't have the original tama v5

im guessing that on your one at the end of the keychain you have a keyring.

They are not the original ones.

The original ones have a key with a tama face on it.

If u cant be bothered buying a new v5 then i suggest trying trade-me. I got mine off there 4 $10 and its awesome. it can connect.

all this means is u need to change ur battery nothing to worry about it or u could go back to the store where u got it from and change it for another v5. !

I've had that same problem before! That means that you have to get a new battery. After that it should work.
