i show "i can make u thin" really worked for me im eating less every day even though i still feel full, incase u havt seen it his main rules are:
when ur hungrey, eat!
eat what u want, not what u think u should
eat slowly, focus only on the food
when ur full, stop
and thats it! its a little more complicated than just that but u should really wach it it help, earlier today i was eating fries and i ate really slowly and concitrated only on the food and i realized that i was full after just eating half the fries when i would have normally ate the who thing
