i show "i can make u thin" really worked for me im eating less every day even though i still feel full, incase u havt seen it his main rules are:

when ur hungrey, eat!

eat what u want, not what u think u should

eat slowly, focus only on the food

when ur full, stop

and thats it! its a little more complicated than just that but u should really wach it it help, earlier today i was eating fries and i ate really slowly and concitrated only on the food and i realized that i was full after just eating half the fries when i would have normally ate the who thing

Actually, its better to follow a healthy diet and exercise. And not to eat after 8:00 PM.
diets are unhealthy if u only eat what u think is right to eat then ur body will only crave what u think is worng, and ur gona train ur body to be nervous aroud food.now of u do have to eat ur vegtables and grains bu u have to prepare it in a way that satisfies ur tummy, cuz if u dont satisfy ur tummy ur tummy is gonna look for mays to satisfy its self wich is what causes cravings.

any way if u fallow those rules it actually fatens ur mantabilism and u can eat what u want wile still being abl to burn it of quick

Well, what I meant by the 8:30 thing was you shouldn't have like, late night snacks and stuff unless you plan on actually staying up all night. :blink:

 
Lol it did. Perhaps I will try that. But thats quite a waste of food considering you're throwing out those fries when kids are dying of starvation. I have never heard of that show. What channel is it on? Perhaps I'll try the 'full' trick with the batch of bagel bites that should be ready now!

meh in my opinion the food is wasted onece it leaves the market xD i doubt being fat is going to help the starving kidz, i always donate foo though and so the food dosent get wasted i always give it to my garbage-desposal-of-a-brother

 
I don't think diets work so well.

Try following Canada's Food Guide or, if there is one for other countries, try that. You can easily lose 10lbs in about a month if you eat properly. You know, 5 fruit servings a day... etc.

Or you can lay off the junk food for a month and only eat healthy. Starving yourself isn't a good idea.

I stick to a diet of little meat (Mainly fish, and occasionally steak, etc) but not much, and sunflower seeds. The rest of what I eat is fruit, and vegetables. They are actually quite good, when you know how to prepare them, I love my broccoli, and corn xD.

But otherwise, I live on fruit and sunflower seeds (My current addiction...).
