I can’t clean up my tamagotchi’s poop and pressing the clean up option

Hi, I have a Galaxy Tamagotchi, And I woke up and noticed it pooped, I tried to clean it up on the rubber duck option, because I know how to clean up it’s poop, But it isn’t working. It beeps, but nothing happens.

I had tried multiple times to clean it up, but no dice. Do I have to reset my tamagotchi or something? It’s not cleaning up it’s poop. I just bought it yesterday.

Is it asleep? You can't clean poop when it's asleep.

Is it sick? When your tamagotchis sick, you can’t really do anything apart from cure it!
