Anyway, I write a Manga called Kamikaze Crush. I have always doodled and dreamed, but never actually made an official Manga...(Not to be published or anything, I hope you know what I mean) So, I am going to ask TT for ideas.

Characters...I have many, but you can still suggest...

It is about teens and their lives pretty much, so I desperately need an interesting PLOT. Any ideas?

Anything else would be great, like advice.

Thanks!! :marumimitchi:

I don't really understand how you can ask for ideas from other people and integrate them into a story that's supposed to be yours. That concept never really made sense to me. I have 38 characters who interact in my story (although I've never considered publishing it), and I've never needed to ask for characters from other people. How can you have a plot that isn't you own?

Its not that, I want to be influenced by others ideas.

Wow, Cool! After your done making it can we please see it ? I bet it's great!

I like the name Nyuki or Moniyoko. Those would make a great characters.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

If that's the case, I suggest you watch a variety of anime and then go read some books. It should be GOOD anime and GOOD books, or else your plot suffers, and horribly.

Even if that's what you meant, people aren't going to take it that way.

Usually an audience likes something exciting.

I've seen with most mangas, that the characters can transform into animals, chinese and japanese traditional beasts, and so on.

Maybe you could have characters like that.

For instance:

A meteor lands on earth, straight into the middle of Tokyo. A group of teenage friends are walking past and decide to investigate when they see a large rock in their city. They go down to investigate, and find lot's of different color jewels. Every single one a different color. Each of them pick up a different coloured jewel, and recive elements and animal transformations.

Just an idea.

Hm? I do...alot. Please if you just want to be like this, I suggest you stay out of the topic. I do value your opinions, dont get me wrong, yet I disagree...

I dunno. Kamikaze was a misunderstood name when I was younger, I thought it was Cami-Kaze, and so I made a mini comic about the two...Cami, and Kaze. I know the real meaning now, and still kept it. Crush is because...I dunno, I like it!!

Thanks guys!! I wrote all the names down ^^

Well, excuse me. How offending that I say something politely and I get a "well if ur going to be that way gtfo hur hur hur." If I want to disagree, I should leave my say out? Well that doesn't sound like you "value my opinions" at all.

Reading books for inspiration is a lot different from reading them just because. You're paying attention to the story, the character development, the details, the tone and mood, there's a lot more to just reading it.

>.> I am not good with comebacks, k?

Yes, I get it!! Ok? AGHHH!

Ok, ok.

Pyon has a very valid point that you should really consider. You want a good plot, right? You don't want to exactly copy it because that's cheesy, but you want some inspirational thoughts on how to make it yours. So you read a bit and then you can mix and match, get hit with inspiration and you're off.

Please try not to be so touchy- she was kind enough to even offer you her advice.
