if it dosent appear in the start menu do this:

move EnWarehouse.exe.config.doploy,EnWarehouse.exe.manifest,and EnWarehouse.exe.deploy to a folder called EnWarehouse_4_0_0_0.

EDIT:These instructions are for EnWarehouse v4.
