How to make tama sleep

I have a masktchi that doesn't go to sleep until very late. If it is after 10 or 11 and you tama is still not asleep, turn the lights off and your tama will sleep. Some of you might know this, but I hope it helps those who don't.

That's only if it is close to bedtime so in other cases, just set the time to later.
