How to get your tama to go to sleep early

Hello! Just a tiny but helpful tip, when it's like, a few hours before your tama's bedtime, just turn off the light. Sometimes when you turn off the light, it goes to sleep instantly!!!

Also for a faster eisier way to get your tama to go to sleep early it to just change the time.

Yes actually turning the light off does work, i've done it many times. You have to turn the light off a half an hour before its bed time. so if its bedtime is 9:00 you can turn the light off and have it instantly fall asleep between 8:30 and 9:00
