Ok, so first marry your boy/girl V4.5 to any of these characters: Kuchipatchi (boy), Mametchi (boy), Gozarutchi (boy), Memetchi (girl), Mimitchi (girl), or Violetchi (girl). Use via Matchmaker. The Universal/Others characters are hard to find on the V4.5, so this may take a while. When you find one of them say yes immediately if you want a Universal/Others character. If you get a boy, Raise the funny points to get Kuchipatchi. Raise the gorgeous points to get Mametchi. Raise the spiritual points to get Gozarutchi. If you get a girl, raise the funny points to get Memetchi, gorgeous points to get Mimitchi, and spiritual to get Violetchi. Please note that if you go on the V4/V4.5 TamaTown, keep clicking the "INFO" sign until it says that the Tamagotchi you married the (any) generation will turn into the character family it's in.
