How to get Special Codes for V5?

MY instruction booklet for the V5 says that I can get special codes from TamaTown. Where do I find these?

I'm trying hard not to "cheat" by just snagging some of the codes I've seen posted around.

I'm not looking for the game codes you get through PC mode either, I'm looking for the Special ones.

Anyone know?

from my understanding You have to get certain scores in certain games on tamatown. With my v5 tama i have gotten i think 4 rare items from tamatown.

When you win a game or get a high enough score insted of points you get a gift box. when you put in the logout code you get a rare item. The ones that i know give out rare items are the Doughnut shop, The bookstore, The photography shop, and the Convenience store. Good luck getting the codes ^_^ I hope i anwered your question.
