How to get new banners on 4u?

I've looked everywhere and can't find a thread on this. Does it open up more banners at certain generations like 's does?

I believe you can find more in the scale icon, but I don't know which option in it.

Nope, only the default 5 in settings.

Is there a way to get more? Like has anyone unlocked more than the default ones? They just don't go with everything.
