How to get my tama to evolve to the puppy?

Hi, I just joined this site and was wondering if someone who knows more about tamas could help me. I purchased my first tama (gen 2) recently and I was wondering if there was a way to get it to evolve to the puppy specifically or is it just random? The attached image is what I mean by "puppy"

This is the closest thing I could find to a guide. But I would imagine that you would need maxed Discipline but 1 care mistake from Tongarutchi.

Ah, I forgot to mention that you need to give perfect care until it evolves into tongaritchi, and then it's very easy to get pochitchi, just take good care of it but it doesn't have to be perfect

I'm not sure if this is the list, but it will tell you how to get Pochitchi.

He has a Gen2, which is a remake of the P2. Its not a Connection era model.
