How to get memetchi? (V3)

awhile back one of my human friends gave me a working v3.... so i was wondering how to get memetchi? *like weight, hearts, care mistakes and stuff*

cuz i always wanted to have a tiny pixellated version of myself as a pet

Just note that the V3's growth can be quite random. However, you can tell that Mametchi is most often an excellent care character and Masktchi ( h34r: ) is most often worst care.
